Schedule
- Training sessions are scheduled for two sessions per week.
- This results in a total of eight sessions per month.
- Each session lasts one hour.
Compensation for Missed Sessions
- If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, Skateland will attempt to provide a compensatory session.
- Compensation is limited to a maximum of two sessions per month per student.
Requirements for Availing Compensation and Fee Waiver
- Parents or guardians must inform Skateland of the student's absence prior to the scheduled class.
- Advance notification is mandatory to allow for proper planning and scheduling of compensatory sessions.
- For vacations or travel to the home country or long sick leaves, advance notification allows Skateland to arrange a fee waiver for the affected period. Requests must be made before the travel begins to qualify for this adjustment.
Consequences
of Non-Compliance
- If notification of absence is not provided before the class, no compensation will be arranged or offered and that day will be considered as absence.
- Skateland reserves the right to deny compensation in such cases.
